What is Florify?

Florify is a supplier of premium artificial floral arrangements and event décor for wedding and event professionals. Our products are designed to offer a realistic, high-quality alternative to fresh flowers, with no pre-order wait times.

Who can purchase from Florify?

We supply to B2B customers, including venue dressers, event planners, hotels, and wedding venues. If you’re in the events industry, we’re here to help you elevate your designs with stunning, long-lasting floral arrangements.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes! We have a showroom where you can see our products in person. Visits are by appointment only—please get in touch to book.

How can I contact you?

You can reach us via email or phone. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

Do you offer any support for venue dressers or event planners?

Yes! We understand the challenges of running an event business, which is why we provide product guides, styling tips, and marketing content to help you attract more clients.

How realistic are your artificial flowers?

Our artificial flowers are made using premium “real touch” materials, offering an incredibly lifelike look and feel. Many of our products closely mimic fresh flowers, making them an excellent choice for high-end events.

Do your flowers come pre-arranged, or do I need to assemble them?

Our floral arrangements are pre-designed and ready to use, helping you save time during setup. However, we also stock individual floral stems for those who prefer to create custom designs.

Can I customise an order?

At this time, we focus on providing ready-to-use floral arrangements that are carefully designed for convenience and impact. However, we may introduce custom options in the future!

How do I stay updated on new products and offers?

Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We offer Next Day delivery as our standard delivery service. Orders received on Friday will be delivered on Monday. All items are in stock and ready to ship – no pre-order wait times.

All orders are dispatched directly from our UK warehouse. We operate Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, with a daily courier collection at 2pm. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day, and orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

We also offer a collection service from our warehouse – simply select Collection at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the UK, but we may expand in the future. Stay updated by signing up for our newsletter!

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, there are no minimum order quantities! We appreciate all orders, no matter how big or small. Whether you’re placing a small test order or a large stock order, we’re happy to supply you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. If you require a different payment method, please contact us.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
