Managing Directors – Hunter Zeng of GNW (China) and David Brown of Florify (UK) are proud to announce the signing of a new partnership agreement.

Florify are now the official UK Wholesaler & Distributor of GNW venue dressing products. GNW will continue some long-established relationships in the ‘specialist décor’ sector.

GNW Review

Following the collapse of their principal wholesaler, Wedding Décor Trade (WDT), GNW Manufacturing have undertaken an urgent strategic review of supply to the UK.

Remaining competitive in a global market, requires efficiency. Efficiency comes from volume and volume comes from competitiveness.

Managing procurement and high-volume production with a skilled workforce is complex requiring total focus. Recently, GNW have lost volume and focus.

To rebuild the supply chain, GNW need a wholesaler who aligns with their vision. Florify does that.

GNW are concerned the UK market has been in turmoil for several months and therefore needs a trusted supply source in place as soon as possible. Florify offer a secure infrastructure and professionalism to deliver the GNW vision.

Not Sustainable

UK customers appreciated the support, however, this created operational strain for GNW. The wholesale and shipping prices were only ever intended for high-volume distribution through one trusted wholesaler. GNW are aware of the current financial and operational impact on UK customers. They appreciate many customers are still waiting for refunds.

The loss of a trusted wholesaler has created concern for immediate and future supply. The charitable action of customers to support each other by sharing stock, selling stock, giving time and energy to support groups and sharing requirements to build order volumes is admirable but not sustainable for either GNW or the industry. UK customers deserve a professional supply solution to buy GNW products as offered in other countries globally, not an inefficient enterprise, relying on endeavour and charity, that is unsustainable.

Florify Integrity

We have chosen to remain silent through much of the recent noise, because we believe professionalism and integrity come from actions, not arguments. However, we must take this opportunity, to absolutely assure you, that the lies and slander that has been communicated about our business and Directors are totally untrue. The reputational and emotional damage caused by the unsupported lies are totally unacceptable!

Range Continuation

Florify, in partnership with GNW Manufacturing, will be stocking some of the previous best-selling silk ranges that you already know and love. Alongside these, we are introducing new and exciting silk ranges expanding the possibilities for your events.

Stock will be replenished on a regular basis, with sold-out items restocked within 8 weeks. Ranges will have new names but the designs will match seamlessly with your existing stock.

And don’t worry, if there’s something you need that isn’t currently listed on our website, we do have the flexibility to create it for you. Whether it’s matching a range you already own or designing something completely bespoke, GNW and Florify can help bring your vision to life.

Bespoke products (ranges not stocked) will require a 50% deposit at the time of order, with the balance due on delivery. All bespoke items follow an 8-week delivery schedule and include full tracking via a shipment tracking app.

Prices

Through increased efficiency and reduced margins, pricing will be considerably less than previously advertised WDT prices. There will be some additional structured discount for high volume customers based on account spend.

Shipping

Shipping will be NEXT DAY to most of the UK via DPD (97% success on next day delivery). Shipping will be FREE on orders over £200 and £6 for orders under £200.

Shipping will be TRACKED. Returns (except delivery error) will be at customers’ expense.

Timing

GNW have started manufacturing our products. Five containers will arrive into the UK through November. To avoid confusion, Florify’s website will not be updated to show the range of products ‘IN STOCK’ for ‘NEXT DAY’ delivery until the products have been delivered and are actually ‘In Stock’. Our website is a live site NOT a pre-order / prepay service. Any customers requiring products urgently or wanting to secure stock, please email us support@florify.co.uk and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.

From today, we know the range, prices and stock, due in November. It will be helpful to understand your requirements ASAP for us to prioritise urgent orders and add specific requests. This will ensure the products you need will be available in November.

No payment is required until the products are ready for NEXT DAY delivery.
